Your standard fish and chips. Not bad but not great either. Service was efficient and food was cooked fresh and fast, but lacked flavour and crispiness. Good portion size for the fish which was approx $9.50 each. The potato cake was a bit too thick but that might be a preference thing. Chips were a good thickness and soft inside but tasted like the oil was old. At first glance, the scallop seemed big but ended up being mainly batter which is a bit disappointing. Despite asking for extra chicken salt, there was none - they must have only had normal salt? However the pineapple fritter was dusted with cinnamon sugar and quite tasty! Also worth noting that the prices online were not accurate and had risen. For example, a pineapple fritter has increased to $3.

Hi guys i only rate fish n chips sorry The flake fillet was good quality but very thin, flakey and a bit dry when you cut into the batter. Batter was quite nice, and crispy around the edges, but not overly crispy, thats a good thing. Good quality chips are always hard to find. The potatoes here were not good quality and not skinned well. But cooked quite good. Chicken salt is ok Customer service was very good. Environment ambience was ok. I rate the fish 2 out of 5 Chips 2 out of 5 Customer service 5 out of 5 Atmosphere 4 out of 5 Value for money, 3 out of 5 based on low quality potato & thin fish fillets. Price of everything has gone up these days, so has rent. You can expect prices to rise, but it's doesnt give an excuse to skimp on quality. Quality will increase sales and ratings. People are generally happy to pay for quality guys. You have the potential to be one of the best if you want to be. My opinions are formed from sampling at over 50 fsh and chip locations throughout Australia with large customer reviews. That's how I choose my locations

Ordered minimum chips ($5.50) and they were great Again, ordered medium chips, dim sims and potato cake.. very nice, chips were crispy outside and soft in the middle

In my opinion, this is a standard fish and chip shop. Nothing more, nothing less. You could probably come here 100 times and order the same things and be happy enough. The fish was OK, potato cakes ok, dim sims ok and the chips... you guessed it, ok.
